Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all Paly Hollywood tags attached and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
